As a company we provide employable training to new workers in our company boosting employment in rural areas where most of our units are located. Each of our factories has 5-10 machines where locals can come and learn how to stitch. Thus a lot of our workers from below poverty line families are helped with employment avenues.
We also hold the subject of traditional education very close to our heart especially when it is to do with students whose families cannot afford it. Towards this we have created a trust by the name of Amrit Nath Educational Trust and have set up a school and an institute of higher learning in the state of Rajasthan (among the states with the lowest literacy rate)
The primary school helps provide not so privileged children receive education paying a nominal subsidized fee.

Also keeping in mind the need of higher education Amrit Nath Educational Trust has started to build a state of the art higher education institute with a sprawling campus over acres. The Institute of higher learning will become operational in 2011.May we emphasize that this is totally non-profit making organization with the sole intention of promoting higher education to the unprivileged.
